‍At NimiMinds, we want every child's mindfulness journey to start on the right foot. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Conditions & Costs
‍Unopened items: If your kit is unused and in its original sealed packaging, we'll cover the return shipping cost. Simply reach out and we'll send you a prepaid label.

‍Gently used items: If the kit has been opened and lightly used but is in good condition, you're welcome to return it within 30 days. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. No restocking fees will be charged.

‍Items not eligible for return: Items that are heavily used, damaged, or missing components cannot be accepted for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, we'll make it right at no cost to you. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

How to Start a Return Email us at hello@nimiminds.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. No restocking fees are charged.
